Many of the figures from this era were inspired by lavish and grand poses that once made plastic leapt from the shelf much like the art did from the page. Every so often, however, we’d get something like Spawn i07. Taken from one of the very early Spawn covers, this figure is simple compared to some others, but still completely gorgeous in its ample detailing. Getting that gun into his closed fist is a bit of a chore, but the final product is fantastic. This one captures the essence of the “staction figure” more than most.
